Coverage and details of the limited warranty

The manufacturer’s 25-Year Limited Warranty covers chipping of the rim or foot, as well as cloudiness caused by washing. Should you experience any of these issues, Bormioli Luigi S.p.A. (Viale Europa 72A – 43122 Parma, Italy) will replace your product at no additional cost; the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the chipped or clouded glass to Bormioli Luigi S.p.A.

This warranty does not cover broken products, or any product damaged by improper use or inadequate care.
